	LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENT (LPR) (exceptions based on 8/22/96 entry date)
	BATTERED immigrant spouse or child OR Granted PAROLE for period of at lease one year.
	Lawfully residing Member of the Armed Services or Honorably Discharged VETERAN, spouse, surviving spouse, or unmarried child
	Permanently Residing Under Color Of Law (PRUCOL)
	Paroled into US for <1 year
	Non immigrant status (unless K3/K4, S, T, U or V visa) or Undocumented
